Remember tearing into a PB&J at the playground—sticky fingers, strawberry-smudged smiles, and the pure joy of knowing life could be that simple? These PB&J Protein Balls bottle that feeling for grown-up schedules (and grown-up protein needs). Each bite marries creamy peanuts, bright berry sweetness, and a soft-chewy texture that feels more like dessert than “functional food,” yet every ball packs the complete amino acids your muscles and nervous system crave.
I dreamed up this recipe post flox when grabbing a sandwich wasn’t an option and another chalky protein bar sounded like punishment. Five minutes, one mixing bowl, and a quick roll later—suddenly I had a portable snack that hit my nostalgia button and helped my 30-grams-of-protein-per-meal goal. They stash beautifully in the freezer, travel in a purse without crumbling, and offer steady, blood-sugar-friendly energy for studio sessions, afternoon meetings, or that 3 p.m. slump when DoorDash whispers your name. 🙂
