Homemade gummies are such an easy way to balance your blood sugar, improve gut health, and add healing amino acids into your diet! They are naturally gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. I love making them to snack on throughout the week — you can make them any flavor you like. The recipe below is a cran-grape gummy. They’re so easy and so tasty. These are one of the easiest ways to level up your skin, joint, hair, nail, gut AND mental health.

These gummies are one tiny little piece to the puzzle of how I’ve made such a quick recovery — the food we eat directly increases or decreases our quality of health. Gelatin is rich in many amino acids, including glycine, which can improve sleep, it has also been proven to lower inflammation, improve memory and stimulate the production of serotonin. 

Ingredients:
½ cup Grass Fed Gelatin
1 cup Water
2 cups Cranberry Juice (you can use any juice combo you like)
2 cups Grape Juice
2 tbsp Manuka Honey
Lemon juice from one small lemon

Instructions:
In a medium sized bowl, pour gelatin on top of water, stir until incorporated and set aside to let bloom.
Pour juice(s) into a deep saucepan and stir gelatin cube into the juice on medium heat until gelatin completely dissolves.
Mix in honey and once dissolved, stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
Pour into molds or on a cookie sheet if making gummy worms.
Can also cut into cubes by pouring mixture into a glass container.
Let rest for 3 hours or overnight.
Cut into strips and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days and enjoy!
Prolong shelf life by keeping them in the fridge.
